Eligibility Criteria

The beneficiary family must consist of husband, wife, and unmarried sons/daughters.

Families from EWS / LIG / MIG categories residing in urban areas must not own a permanent house anywhere in India.

Individuals who have received housing under any Central or State government scheme (urban or rural) in the last 20 years are not eligible.

An undertaking is required from the applicant regarding the above condition.
